RASYONET PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS & POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
a. Data Controller
We hereby inform you that, as RASYONET BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), we process the personal data of our real person customers/potential customers and representatives of our legal person customers/potential customers, in the capacity of data controller, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and other relevant legislation.
b. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data,
I. Execution of contract processes,

iii. Follow-up and execution of legal affairs,
iv. Execution of activities in accordance with the legislation,
v. Execution of finance and accounting works,
vi. Execution of customer relationship management processes,

Your personal data will be transferred without seeking the explicit consent of the data subject in accordance with Articles 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK for the following purposes:
• To fulfill the legal obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation, it may be shared with the relevant public institutions and organizations, if necessary or upon request.
• It may be shared with notary public, enforcement offices and/or courts, if necessary, for the purpose of carrying out financial and/or accounting works within the scope of collection of fees for products and services.
• To follow the legal processes, it can be shared with our lawyers as much as necessary within the framework of the confidentiality obligation.
d. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
Within the scope of the execution of our business activities by our institution: E-mail software such as Microsoft Office365, Gmail and online meeting and remote connection software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Vedubox, Vimeo, Wetransfer will be used. The infrastructure and databases of these services are located abroad. Your personal data will be transferred abroad "with your explicit consent".
In order to carry out domestic sales services and customer support operations by our institution: Customer relationship management software ZohoDesk and ZohoCRM will be used. The infrastructure and databases of these services are located abroad. Your personal data will be transferred abroad "with your explicit consent".
e. Legal Basis and Method of Collection
Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic methods, based on the legal reasons set forth in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK in order to fulfill the purposes specified in paragraph (b) of this text:
The personal data (e-mail information, name, surname and company information) collected for e-bulletin subscription is collected by partially automatic methods in the electronic environment by writing the data in the e-bulletin subscription section. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the express consent you have given to your e-bulletin membership request in accordance with Article 5/1 of the Law.
f. Your Data Protection Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have rights as a data subject and you can submit your requests regarding these rights by filling in all the information specified in the Data Subject Application Form, according to Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

In your application, a) Name, surname, and signature if your application is in writing, b) T.R. for citizens of the Republic of Turkey. The identification number and for foreigners; nationality, passport number or identification number, if any, c) Domicile or workplace address for notification, ç) E-mail address, telephone, and fax number, if any, subject to notification, d) The subject of the request must be present. You should also attach the relevant information and documents to your application.
CUSTOMER EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF THE PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS & POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
Rasyonet Bilgisayar Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi, for the purposes specified within the scope of the Customer & Potential Customer Privacy Notice, to be recorded, stored, preserved and, if necessary and/or requested, to the relevant and authorized institutions and organizations, by preserving the accuracy and the most up-to-date version. Here is my preference for transferring:
With e-mail software used for the purpose of carrying out communication and training activities within the scope of business processes, with e-mail, online meeting and remote connection software, and for the execution of these services more efficiently and effectively, as specified in the Customer & Potential Customer Clarification Text. Since the infrastructure of online meeting and remote connection software is abroad, I approve the transfer of these systems abroad.
I consent to the transfer of my personal data abroad (Outside of Turkey) through these systems, as the infrastructure of the customer relationship management system software used for the effective execution of domestic sales services and customer support operations, as specified in the Customer & Potential Customer Clarification Text, is abroad.
