As Rasyonet Bilgisayar Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Rasyonet”), we respect and attach importance to the privacy of private life. For this reason, we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK").

a) Data Controller

As Rasyonet, we hereby give you notice that, in accordance with KVKK and other relevant legislations, we are processing your personal data as the data controller.

b) Purposes for Processing Personal Data

• To inform you about the sector via our website,
• To inform you about our products and productions,
• To introduce you our corporate structure and policy,

· Carrying out the necessary work by our business units in order to benefit you from the products and services offered by Rasyonet,

• Measuring and increasing customer satisfaction,

· Collecting and evaluating complaints and suggestions, if any, regarding Rasyonet products and services,

For the purposes of "c) Processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.," specified in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK, will be processed within the legal reason.

c) Disclosures of Personal Data

Your personal data processed by our company is not disclosed to any institution, natural persons or private law legal entities. Your personal data may be shared with relevant public institutions and organizations, if necessary or upon request, in order to fulfill legal obligations pursuant to the relevant legislation, without seeking the explicit consent of the person concerned, pursuant to Article 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK.

d) Legal Basis and Method of Collection

Your personal data is obtained electronically, by automatic or non-automatic methods, based on the legal reason specified in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK, to fulfil the purposes specified in paragraph (b) of this text:

· Filling out a form, sending an e-mail message, contacting by phone call, visiting the website of the data subjects.

· Submit your job application to us by filling in the “Application form” on our website.

e) The Right of Data Subjects

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have rights as a data subject, and you can submit your requests regarding these rights by filling in all the information specified in the Data Subject Application Form, Pursuant to the Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

· or by other methods to be determined by the Data Protection Authority in the future.

f) The Retention Period for Personal Data

Rasyonet erases, destructs, or anonymizes personal data in the event that the purpose of processing personal data ceases to exist and the mandatory storage periods determined under the Laws and other relevant legislation expire.

RASYONET PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS & POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS

a. Data Controller
We hereby inform you that, as RASYONET BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), we process the personal data of our real person customers/potential customers and representatives of our legal person customers/potential customers, in the capacity of data controller, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and other relevant legislation.

b. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Within the scope of the execution of our business activities by our institution: E-mail software such as Microsoft Office365, Gmail and online meeting and remote connection software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Vedubox, Vimeo, Wetransfer will be used. The infrastructure and databases of these services are located abroad. Your personal data will be transferred abroad "with your explicit consent".
In order to carry out domestic sales services and customer support operations by our institution: Customer relationship management software ZohoDesk and ZohoCRM will be used. Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic methods, based on the legal reasons set forth in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK in order to fulfill the purposes specified in paragraph (b) of this text:

The personal data (e-mail information, name, surname and company information) collected for e-bulletin subscription is collected by partially automatic methods in the electronic environment by writing the data in the e-bulletin subscription section. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the express consent you have given to your e-bulletin membership request in accordance with Article 5/1 of the Law.

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have rights as a data subject and you can submit your requests regarding these rights by filling in all the information specified in the Data Subject Application Form, according to Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

With e-mail software used for the purpose of carrying out communication and training activities within the scope of business processes, with e-mail, online meeting and remote connection software, and for the execution of these services more efficiently and effectively, as specified in the Customer & Potential Customer Clarification Text. Since the infrastructure of online meeting and remote connection software is abroad, I approve the transfer of these systems abroad.
